PAYPAL. By far the easiest and quickest payment method. They accept all major credit and debit cards - the money moves immediately so the transaction is processed very quickly. CASH - a last resort, but we can accept Non-US$ currency. Please try to disguise them thoroughly and note *that we cannot accept liability for cash lost in the post. It is advisable to send them using Delivery Confirmation. Know when your money reached us. Verify delivery with Delivery Confirmation. The low cost Delivery Confirmation service gives you the date, ZIP Code™ and the time your article was delivered. If delivery was attempted you will get the date and time of attempted delivery.

NON-PAYPAL METHODS

If you would like to use a non-paypal method please choose the 'email' option in the payment options, and notify us of how you are going to make the payment as soon as possible after you complete checkout.  The easiest way to do this is to advise us of your payment option in the 'additional information' section on the order form. We will reserve the items you order for two weeks - should you be unable to make payment in this time we can normally extend the reservation period but PLEASE contact us to let us know what is happening. There are limited stocks of many items due to the excellent prices, and keeping us informed is the best way to avoid disapointment.

Cancellation policy:

All sales can be cancelled before an item is shipped. No questions asked. If the item has already been shipped, please see the Refund policy.

If returned within 30 days of delivery: All items if they are damaged during shipping, defective, or you were shipped the incorrect item(s) may be returned for an exchange. No refunds will be issued unless the item(s) in question are out of stock and cannot be restocked.

If you were shipped the incorrect items,

we (Sidetraxx Dist.), will pay for all shipping costs, as it was our fault. In this case, you will be shipped pre-paid postage, packaging, and a return shipping label to return your merchandise. Once returned,

we will quickly ship the correct items at no additional cost to you.

If you supply us with the incorrect shipping info- You are responsible for additional shipping, if your items are returned via USPS for incorrect address and shipping still applies if you wish to cancel the order.

If you wish for a refund, Shipping will be deducted from the total amount paid.

Items that will NOT be accepted as a return are:

  * Any item that has been opened (i.e., the       shrink wrap has been removed)

  * Any product missing the serial number         of UPC barcode
