This Contest Giveaway, starting, July 18, 2006, and runs through out (December 30th) 2006.

In order to enter, you must purchase a

"One More Time" EP/CD by: Johnnie Gee,

on July 18th, or before (December 30th 2006

Winner's will be selected by (Ticket Code), that we email to you, once you purchased an (EP) copy of "One More Time".

All participants entering this contest, knowingly acknowledge that this a (Game Contest), that your entering, is on your own free will, and you promise as a contestant, you will participate on a fair use basis as a contestant.

No refunds will be given if you don't win, for any purchase(s) made of Johnnie Gee's products,

all sales are final.

ELIGIBILITY:

MUST PURCHASE A COPY OF JOHNNIE GEE'S "ONE MORE TIME" (EP) AND OR PRODUCTS, IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE OR WIN. Void where prohibited.

Only one winner per family and/or household in any $1,000 PRIZE/SHOPPING SPREE, giveaway conducted and sponsored by: Sidetraxx Dist., during the period July 18, 2006 through December 30th, 2006.

Winners must provide name, address, phone number, date of birth, and Social Security number or Federal ID number.

Must be 18 years or older to enter and/or win.

Full time and part-time employees of Sidetraxx Dist., Network, L.P., Landmark Communications, Inc., and any organization or agency affiliates with this contest, their immediate family or anyone who resides in the same household as the employee are ineligible to participate and/or win.

HOW TO ENTER:

Beginning Monday, July 18, 2006 through Friday, (December 30th, 2006, To enter this

"Contest/Giveaway", you must purchase a CD and

join "Johnnie Gee's Fan Club", and also subscribe

to the mailing list online on Johnnie Gee's homepage.

After your purchase of your CD, you will be emailed

a ticket with a control number to enter "Johnnie Gee's" Contest/Giveaway. Winner's will be announced on

Johnnie Gee's homepage on (December 30th.

CONDITIONS:

All prizes are non-refundable and non-transferable. Prizes may be substituted should they be unavailable due to circumstances beyond Sidetraxx Dist., control.

Winner is solely responsible for all applicable taxes, fees, and duties. All Federal, state, and local taxes apply. Value of prizes exceeding $1000.00 or an aggregate of $1000.00 or more won in house-conducted contests during any one (1) year period is reported to the Internal Revenue Service as additional income received. The amount reported to the IRS for income tax purposes will be the fair market value of the prize at the time the contest is initiated, or as soon thereafter as an accurate determination of value can be made. Fair market value is determined by Sidetraxx Dist., in its sole discretion. Sidetraxx Dist., will instruct winner to download a W-9 form for income tax reporting purposes.
