If returned within 30 days of delivery: All items if they are damaged during shipping, defective,
or you were shipped the incorrect item(s) may be returned for an exchange. No refunds will be issued unless the item(s) in question are out of stock and cannot be restocked.
If you were shipped the incorrect items, we (Sidetraxx Dist.), will pay for all shipping costs, as it was our fault. In this case, you will be shipped pre-paid postage, packaging, and a return shipping label to return your merchandise. Once returned, we will quickly ship the correct items at no additional cost to you.
If you supply us with the incorrect shipping info- You are responsible for additional shipping, if your items are returned via USPS for incorrect address and shipping still applies if you wish to cancel the order. If you wish for a refund, Shipping will be deducted from the total amount paid.
Items that will NOT be accepted as a return are:
* Any item that has been opened (i.e., the shrink wrap has been removed)
* Any product missing the serial number of UPC barcode and or Item number.
